Every $300 Hole Sponsorship includes entry fees for 2 golfers, a sign with your company name at the teeing area of a hole, and special recognition at the awards banquet.

Please list the individuals who will be playing as part of your sponsorship. Remember, 2 players play free for each $300 hole sponsorship.
YI...The 2 players on Team 1A will be paired up with the 2 players on Team 1B. Team 1A & 1B will make up the foursome. So be sure to list the players in the proper order.
